Information and Disclaimers

Whilst Jonny Bradley Ltd works hard to prevent any or all errors and omissions, neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, performance or completeness of information offered on this website for any particular purpose or use.

The material on this website is owned by or licensed to Jonny Bradley Ltd and includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction of all material is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice and with permission given.

Jonny Bradley will not be held liable in connection to the website, products or services offered both by us or others. This includes direct, indirect or consequential losses. We are not liable for any financial losses caused a result of using the website.

By accepting these terms and conditions you accept that Jonny Bradley Ltd is not responsible for the welfare of students. 


Jonny Bradley Ltd reserves the right to change or alter any part of the website, with or without notice, both temporarily and permanently. We always work to maintain the website at all times, however, it is subject to change.

This website may also include links to other websites or applications. These links are provided for the user’s convenience to give further information. They do not signify that Jonny Bradley Ltd agree or endorse them and are not liable for their content.



Payments between Jonny Bradley Ltd and the users are handled by Stripe, Inc and Paypal. All prices for Jonny Bradley’s services are correct at the time of writing and are subject to change at any time before an agreement is made; once an agreement is made between Jonny Bradley Ltd and a user the price is fixed unless stated. 

Although we try to ensure all prices are correct at all times, there may be an occasion when something is priced incorrectly; we will verify the cost at the point of payment. 

Consultations calls will be paid for in advance, if no payment is received before the indicated time slot the consultation will not go ahead. Jonny Bradley Ltd has the right to cancel consultations calls without notice. If this happens due to a scheduling error on Jonny Bradley’s part then the cost of the call will be refunded to the user. If the user misses their scheduled time slot they will not be able to rebook for free. If you are running late you must let Jonny Bradley know as soon as possible. If there is a ‘no show’ the appointment will be cancelled after 5 minutes of the time has elapsed, no refund shall be given.

Payment Plans
Where possible you may have the ability to pay using a payment plan. 

If you fail to make any of the payments on time you will be automatically un-enrolled from the course(s) and all it's services immediately. You will not be entitled to a refund for any monies paid. 

If a payment is missed you will have a further 7 days to make the payment. If the payment is made within the 7 days you will regain all access. If the payment is not made we reserve the right to attempt payment until the outstanding balance is settled.

Refund Policy

We offer a very generous refund policies as well as your statutory rights, please read the following for a full understanding of our policy.

For the Full SellerPro Academy, 2022 SellerPro Academy, 2023 SellerPro Academy with all support options:
You are entitled to a refund WITHIN 30 Days of initial purchase.

For SellerPro Academy Lite, PTC (PPC That Converts), ResearchPro & Functional Design Formula courses:
You are entitled to a refund within 30 Days of initial purchase however you will not be eligible for a refund if you have:
- Accessed (streamed/watched/downloaded) over 20% of the respective content (If you open a lecture it counts as being watched in full). 

For Any Case Study Groups: You are entitled to a refund within 7 days of initial purchase however you will not be eligible for a refund if you have:
- Accessed (streamed/watched/downloaded) over 20% of the respective content (If you open a lecture it counts as being watched in full).

Refunds must be requested in writing via support@jonnybradley.com  

You will not be eligible for a refund if you have broken any of the terms. There are NO Exceptions.

The above policy super-seeds your consumer rights which hare as follows:
You also have statutory rights as per The Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to a 14 day 'cooling off period' starting from the day the courses are supplied to you. This will be your purchase date as you are enrolled automatically upon purchase. 

As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you forfeit your right to a cooling off period if you have done any of the following:
- you have accessed the digital content in any way; OR
- you have completed/streamed/downloaded any of the course(s) material and any tests; OR
- you have received a Certificate of Achievement or Statement of Participation (whether digital or physical) on the course.

If you wish to claim a refund under the statutory 14 day cooling off period or our 30 day guarantee this must be done in writing via support@jonnybradley.com 

Once your access to the paid course(s) and services has been removed, you will not be able to access any part of the course, take part in any tests, support, or receive a digital or printed certificate for the course.

Support Renewal
With the Full 12 months payment for the 2022 & 2023 SellerPro Academy you will receive the given support for 12 months (Commonly known as The Inner Circle). If you wish to renew the support access for a further 12 months you will have the option to when coming to the end of the previous 12 month period. We will attempt to warn you and ask if you'd like to renew prior to expiration. If for any reason you do not hear from us please contact support@jonnybradley.com.

If you chose to pay monthly then each month you continue to pay you will receive the offered services, if payments end so will the received services. 

If you chose not to renew you will be removed from the offered services.

The cost of renewal is subject to change.

For the SellerPro Academy you are given an email support address with the course instructor as part of the course. If you require help and support please only use the email address mentioned in the course. Email support for students is only given when using the correct email address. You will not receive extended 1-2-1 support through Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.

All support is subject to change, you are not eligible for any reimbursement should support methods adjust or be removed.

For 2022 & 2023 SellerPro Academy Members: you will have the ability to request access to the Students Only Facebook group. When prompted, you must use the password. If you are not accepted into the group within 5 business days please contact the course instructor via email to have this resolved. The course instructor and school accept no responsibility if you enter your details incorrectly. 

Access to FBA Consultant -  The Consultant will only reply to messages through the email provided. If you reach out using any other method you will not get a reply. As the consultant works as a 3rd party, this extended support could end at any time, if this happens you will not be eligible for any sort of reimbursement. By signing up you accept these terms.

The course instructor and school have the ability to refuse access to the extra services if any of the terms and conditions above are broken, this also includes:

- If you share affiliate links or self promote in the students facebook group or private or public messages to other Academy members.

- If a member personally attacks another member or SellerPro Academy Team member with words that are harmful, threatening or not in-line with our mutual respect policy, that member will be ejected from the group or respective service.

- Posting graphic or disturbing photos, videos and other media in the group.

- Sending unsolicited private messages to other members

- Not engaging in the Students Facebook Group. Engagement counts as comments, likes and posts. 

VIP Support: For Full SellerPro Academy members and 2022/2023 SellerPro Academy members you will have direct email support unless any terms are broken or a refund is initiated. This support is reliant that Jonny Bradley is fit and able to provide the service. If there are any changes to this service after enrolment you will be given notice via email. No one works 365 days per year, Jonny Bradley will take appropriate time off along with weekends. Jonny Bradley Ltd withholds the rights to end this service at any time.

If any members of any of the Jonny Bradley Ltd training programs break any of the terms Jonny Bradley Ltd reserves the right to remove the member from any and all services.

Voxer access. For 2022 and 2023 SellerPro Academy members with full support including Voxer add on, you will have the ability to use the Voxer app to communicate with the course instructor. Any spamming or nuisance messaging will result in losing this support option. There are no set hours however as you are getting through to the instructors personal device please be patient with replies especially at evenings, weekends and holidays. If any terms or use policies are broken Jonny Bradley ltd withholds the right to terminate access to the support. Jonny Bradley Ltd withholds the rights to end this service at any time.

If you do not curently have access to this service but wish to add it onto your membership you can request the cost via email on support@jonnybradley.com

Mastermind Group

All opinions will be treated with mutual respect, unless they violate the aforementioned rules. Treat your fellow group members with that same respect.

Do not post graphic or disturbing photos, videos and other media in this group. If you are not sure about the content that you want to post, email me directly.

The Facebook group admin is entitled to deny entry to any member they choose. They are also allowed to boot out members that don’t comply with the house rules.

If you do not regularly engage by commenting, liking and posting you may be removed from the group. The group will periodically be monitored and inactive members removed. 

Jonny Bradley Ltd withholds the rights to end this service at any time.

The 10K Club Guarantee  
When signing up to the 2022/2023 SellerPro Academy you have a Guarantee in place named, 'The 10K Club Guarantee.'

The terms of the Guarantee for full price payments.
- You will have full access to support for the first 12 months of membership.
- After which point you will have the option to pay to renew the support for a further 12 months
- If you do not reach your first (or next) £10,000 in sales (or other currency equivalent) within the first 12 months we will continue to offer you support free of charge until you have generated the £10,000 in sales. This will run for up to a maximum of 6 additional months. 
- To be eligible for the guarantee you must: Have completed 100% of the course content and received your certificate, you must check in via the support provided each week, have not been removed from the Mastermind Facebook group due to inactivity.
- Using support each week examples (sending email update, Voxer update, facebook post in mastermind group, joining accountability calls, joining training calls).
- If you do not meet the eligibility requirements you will not be able to take advantage of the guarantee.
- 'Support' Refers to the services you receive as part of being a 2022/2023 SellerPro Academy member. These are subject to change. For example, email support, weekly calls and Voxer support. 
- If you have been removed from any of the support services due to breaking any terms or agreeing a different payment term you will not be eligible for the Guarantee.
- If requested you must be able to provide your company name, seller account name, proof of revenue and other requested proofs of progress to be eligible.

If you have set up a subscription and want to use opt in to the guarantee:
- You must be subscribed for consecutive 12 month periods and make a minimum of 12 monthly payments.
- If you cancel your subscription and restart, the 12 month period restarts.
- All other guarantee terms apply as above.
